Yes. You can reschedule from your client area up to 48 hours before your session at no cost, subject to availability.

If the studio is free, you can extend on the day at our standard hourly rate. Let your producer know as early as possible so we can hold the time.

Every session includes our full multi-camera setup, cinematic lighting, broadcast-quality microphones and a producer to run the technical side so you can focus on your content.

Absolutely. You're welcome to bring laptops, props, product samples or your own kit. Let us know in advance if you need specific inputs or connections.

Yes, a producer runs cameras, audio and lighting throughout your session, so everything is handled for you.

The studio comfortably seats multiple guests for interviews and panels. Tell us your format when booking and we'll set up accordingly.

Full multi-camera editing, colour grading, audio clean-up, intro/outro, branding and short-form clips cut from the main episode, all delivered publish-ready.

Turnaround is typically a few working days per episode, depending on the package and volume. We'll confirm your timeline when you book.

We deliver publish-ready files and can guide you through distribution. Managed publishing is available on request as part of our done-for-you packages.

Your content is optimised for YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and short-form platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

You can pay securely online when you book through your client area. For larger packages we can arrange staged payments, just ask.

Yes. Regular creators and multi-session bookings qualify for preferential rates. Get in touch to discuss a plan that suits you.

No. The price you see is the price you pay. Any optional extras, like extending your session, are always agreed with you first.

Sessions cancelled within our policy window are fully refundable. Once production work has begun, refunds are handled case by case, see our Terms for detail.
