Terms of Service

These terms are a placeholder for Vlogcast Studios and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before publication. They set out the basis on which you book and use our studios and production services.

1. Bookings

All bookings are made through your client area and are confirmed once payment or deposit is received. Times are held on a first-come basis.

2. Payment

Prices are as quoted at the time of booking. Payment terms for larger packages will be agreed in writing before work begins.

3. Cancellations & rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling are governed by our Cancellation Policy.

4. Deliverables & intellectual property

On full payment, you own the final delivered content. We retain the right to use non-confidential excerpts for promotion unless agreed otherwise.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
